The staff was amiable and excellent. The room I booked was air-conditioned and brand-new, complete with interesting decoration, a balcony, as example.

I did not want to leave and would love to stay here again. The hotel was fairly clean and staff were all extremely friendly. Standard king room was with a balcony, a writing desk, and a closet space.

The hotel was stuated in a lovely area of Paris. It was quiet, but had a good choice of restaurants, cafes and brasseries. It was very close to Parc Monceau and a Metro station. Staff were polite and helpful.
The hotel, although comfortable, was in need of a revamp.

We booked this hotel already several times. It is always a pleasant experience. Very kind staff, nice clean room, good breakfast, Parc Monceau nearby and the hotel is located in a nice neighbourhood with excellent shops and restaurants.

Loved the quirky magic theme! Our purple room had a charming vibe, and the location was just perfect. The nearby grocery store was a good surprise too!
The air conditioning was apparently on vacation as well. And good luck finding hangers-might as well hang your clothes on a cloud!

Staff were helpful, bed was comfortable, premises were clean.
Water leak in room, had to be relocated; new room lacked fan and sufficient electrical outlets to charge computer, mobile phone, camera battery, etc. Price for breakfast (12 euros)seemed excessive for what was offered; we chose to buy our own breakfast at nearby fruit stand and boulangerie/pattisserie. Safe in room was too small to accommodate our netbook computer. Insufficient towels were left in room one day. Message left for us prior to our arrival was not passed on.

The location was perfect. We walked to the Champs Lys in 20 mins. there were cafes and restaurants near by. We loved the neighborhood. the price was nice. $139 US. The private bathroom was nice, all marble with a bidet :)
Nothing really to complain about. The staff were very friendly and polite. Quite helpful also. This is by not a luxury hotel. But pleasant.

The room was nice. It was a bit small, but we weren't expecting a huge room near Paris for the price. It was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable (and rather big!). The bathroom was very small, but the full size shower was very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful, and spoke great English. It was also nice that there was a metro station only a 5 minute walk away.
The small bathroom.

Pleasant hotel, nice neighbourhood and beatiful Parc Monceau. Close to subway. Nice beds.
Only one key per room. Very small elevator. Missed a watercooker in the room for morning tea/coffee. No Aircondioning, with wide opened windows ok, but roommaid closed them each morning! Wifi only worked for 1 minute each time we tried to log in:-(

The location to my business trip was good, as it was approximately .75 miles from the event place.
The room had two twin beds, pushed together to make a "full" and the overall appearance was "dated" but for the cost of other accomodations in Paris, it was a "fair price" for the time spent.

It locates in a quite place, and restaurant for breakfast is very special but the breakfast is not that good. Very limited options. Hotel is not far from Triumphal Arch. My wife and I go to there by walk everyday, it is just 15min walking in our pace.
